クリニカルパスとは、ある疾患や治療法別に、入院から退院までの間に予定される標準的な診療の過程、食事や入浴などの生活の流れを、患者さんにわかりすく説明するためのスケジュール表です。患者さんが不安を感じるのは、入院したら何をされるのか、日常生活との違い等、先の予測ができないからです。クリニカルパスは患者さんの不安を少しでも軽くするとともに、医療スタッフと患者さんの間の意思疎通を良くすることが目的です。ご参考迄にＳ国際病院のクリニカルパスを掲載します。
